You may cancel your membership with us at anytime...... Just send us an email by clicking HERE
Once you have emailed us please note that you must.....
Log into your paypal account after you notify us of your cancellation......
go to the invoice where you subscribed to a membership subscription with Sugarlanes
go to the bottom of the page and click on cancel subscription.
If you do not do this paypal will continue to send us a payment.
We do not have access to your payment information or credit card information.

Note: We have a strict No Refunds Policy due to being a Membership Subscription Service, when you subscribe you are paying to access the content within this website.
You may cancel your membership at anytime, however due to this site being a membership subscription service we are unable to refund any fees that may have already been paid. When you sign up and pay the membership fee you are paying to access to the content within the site including our database of cake decorating articles, tips, our video room, our tool room, forms and so on therefore, we are unable to refund any fees that may have been paid to access this site.
