I have learned more in 3 weeks than I have in 2 yrs of doing cakes, you really know how to explain things in detail. The biggest thing that I love is the fact that you start from beginning to end on your how to videos explaining all the techniques. There are other sites out there that do videos but they never show how to get the cake started so I appreciate that very much. The cakes that you have shown us are so exciting they deal with the latest techniques which is what I wanted to learn, not the old style things.

I did not know there were sites like yours until I did a search one day and found you. I really enjoy your teaching style, you always show each step and don't just rush through the teaching. I wanted to let you know that are such an encouragement to me, you have helped me gain more cake decorating knowledge which I hope to use in starting my own home cake business in the future. Thanks for sharing how you do your cake business with us, I love the forms you provide for the members that really has helped me alot having those available. I have not had the opportunity to attend your live webclasses because of my work schedule, but I hope to be able to do so eventually, thanks for adding those videos in the video room for those of us who cannot attend.
